I have to admit I also added few Christmas covers on my blog as well and I would have loved to have added that great Hornet cover. I think I had that Sparky issue when I was a kid and the Whoopee! planet illo looks like the work of the great Ken (Faceache) Reid. Hope you and yours have a good 2022.
That Hornet cover did grab my attention when looking for which covers to select. Never read many of those as a kid. I only remember Sparky himself on the cover of the comic. Whoppee is a comic I have only discovered in retrospect and do rather like. A Happy New Year to you and yours!
